Newsletter 186 – Summer 2012

The latest newsletter contains an article by Ron Iremonger on the many different types of Buttercup that can be found throughout Britain and on the Meadows. Andy Ingham’s Meadows log includes some surprising floral benefits resulting from the fire last year and digging around the Waterworks mounds. Britain’s newest bee, the Tree Bee, has also been observed using one of our nest boxes. We will be holding a Taste of Cheshire evening on 16th of November in St Mary’s Centre (Cheshire cheeses, beer, ice cream, Chester pudding and a Cheshire themed Quiz.!)
